Terms of Service

By accessing or using Originader (the "Service"), operated by 313 Capital ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Originader to violate law, infringe rights, harass anyone, or attempt to compromise the Service. Don't reverse-engineer or scrape lender performance data for resale.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds at our discretion.

Your data, your seat

You own the data you put into Originader. Your seat is portable: you can export your lender stack, AE list, and pipeline. Departing an Enterprise seat? Convert to Solo and stay free for 12 months — that's a promise, not a footnote.

Compliance disclaimer

Originader is a software tool, not a lender, broker, or licensed mortgage advisor. Lender data, rate intelligence, and matrix recommendations are decision-support only — you remain responsible for compliance with TRID, RESPA, ECOA, fair lending, state licensing, and your firm's policies. Always verify product eligibility with the lender before locking or disclosing.

No warranty · liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
