Privacy Policy

Originader (operated by 313 Capital) is a software platform built for mortgage loan officers and broker shops. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your data because the people who use Originader — originators and their borrowers — deserve nothing less.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, login credentials.
• Originator data: lender stack, AE contacts, overlays, lead pipeline, notes, and any documents you upload.
• Borrower lead data you input on behalf of your clients (Income, Property, Assets, Credit profile).
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, performance metrics — for product improvement.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• Operate the Originader Matrix, CRM, and your portable mission control.
• Surface lender performance data (anonymized and aggregated across users) to help you place deals better.
• Provide support, send transactional notifications, and improve the product.
• Comply with applicable law.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your client list with lenders, employers, or third parties without your explicit consent.
• We do not lock your data inside a competitor's CRM. Your seat is portable. Your data exports with you.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies enforce that you can only access data you own. Production infrastructure runs on managed cloud providers with SOC 2-aligned controls.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time. California (CCPA), EU/UK (GDPR), and other applicable rights are honored. Email nader@313cap.com to exercise any right.
